Call if water is moving, if anything smells like sewage, if there has been a fire, or if you are simply not sure and want an answer now. Nothing about a phone call commits you to anything, and the advice on the call is free whether or not you hire us.

Use the form for estimates, waterproofing consultations, mold questions that have been sitting for a while, landlord and realtor enquiries, or anything where a written reply is more useful than a conversation. We reply the same day.

What happens when you call

You describe what is going on. We tell you what to do in the next ten minutes, which is usually about shutting off water, killing power to a wet area, and what not to touch. If it needs a visit, a technician leaves from Guelph Street and is with you within the hour. The inspection itself is free, including moisture readings, and if the answer is that you do not need us then that is what you will be told.

What to have ready

• Your address and the fastest way into the affected area.
• Roughly when it started, which decides how much has soaked in.
• Where the water is coming from, if you know. If you do not, that is fine, finding it is our job.
• Your insurance company and policy number if you think you will claim. Not required to get us moving.
• Photos taken before anything is moved, if it is safe to take them.

Finding the office

We are on Guelph Street, the stretch of Highway 7 that runs through the middle of Georgetown, a few minutes from the downtown core in one direction and the Georgetown South subdivisions in the other. That central position is what makes the one hour commitment realistic rather than aspirational, including at 3 a.m. in February. Not sure which service you need?
